Dayton is a Montana Native, born and raised in Great Falls, MT. He went to Charles M. Russell high school and throughout his childhood played football, hockey and various other sports. He moved to Bozeman in 2007 to attend college @ Montana State for Construction Engineering. While attending college he met his beautiful wife, Calli. After college he started his own construction company doing utilities work throughout Montana and neighboring states. After getting his license in property and casualty insurance in 2020, he was offered the opportunity to join the Big Sky Benefit Solutions team to help people and companies with their insurance needs. Dayton has a love for his family, the outdoors, hunting, fishing and hockey.

Megan was born and raised in Montana, with Bozeman being called home for majority of her life. She moved to Bozeman in first grade and didn’t leave until she took her first ‘big kid’ job in Billings after finishing her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Montana State University. She worked as an engineer in Billings for nearly 10 years before she decided her passion for engineering just was not there. She took a leap of faith in 2021 and pursued getting her license in health and life insurance and has loved helping employees and their families find coverage to best suit their lives in today’s world. Seeing the relief on business owner’s faces when she can provide a beneficial solution to their current business challenges is what Megan loves most about her job.
Whether Megan is on a camping trip, visiting family, or cheering on the Griz at a football game, you can be assured she is busy chasing her twin boys around with her husband, Jake. Yes, she is a Griz fan who grew up in Bozeman and even attended MSU for schooling, so if you have as many questions as we do about this, make sure you ask her next time you see her.

Jasmyne Myrick is a North Dakota native with a love for small town rural living, stemming from her childhood, where she was raised on a cattle ranch in a small ranching community in South Central North Dakota. Jasmyne attended Business College in Fargo, ND with emphasis on law and relocated to Colorado in 2008. She spent her early professional career searching for her true passion, spanning from her five year tenure with a national law firm in Denver to the dental industry. In 2015 she found that true passion in the insurance industry. She thoroughly enjoys serving and assisting individuals and businesses truly understand and navigate the insurance world. 2018 brought Jasmyne, her husband and their 2 German Short Hair Pointers, to the Bitterroot Valley. They have been captivated with the undeniable beauty of Montana that we all so fondly know and love. Their family settled in rural Stevensville and has since built their dream home. When she is taking a break from assisting her policyholders and business clients, she enjoys a friendly college football rivalry with her Bobcat friends and co-Agents, GO Bison, spending time at their home with their three hunting dogs, gardening, hunting, traveling and all that Montana has to offer.

Kelcie was born a Californian but has been a Montana girl since she was 5 years old. She grew up playing softball, entering poetry contests, and babysitting and any chance she could. Kids quickly became one of Kelcie’s passions. She babysat from the young age of 7 and eventually worked at daycares that led her to a 7-year nanny job that became family. in 2015, Kelcie met her Husband Donny and over the years they were blessed with 2 beautiful children, Jaxx 8 and Jade 5, and got married in 2019. Kelcie’s love of children led her to become a gestational carrier and carry a baby for a couple unable to carry children on their own. After a life of working with children, Kelcie decided it was time for a new adventure and when she was referred by a friend and current employee at Big Sky Benefit Solutions. she took a leap of faith and couldn’t be happier with the new chapter her in her life, learning the ins and outs of the insurance world. She looks forward to her personal growth and potential in the company in the years to come.

As a Montana native, Peter has always been drawn to the outdoors. He grew up on an alpaca ranch in the picturesque Bitterroot Valley, where he enjoyed hiking, kayaking, and skateboarding in his spare time. He learned to ski at a young age and developed a passion for the sport, falling in love with the challenge of mastering jumps, spins, and flips. He has been working as a ski instructor and coach at Lost Trail Powder Mountain for over five years, where he teaches young skiers the skills and techniques of freestyle skiing. He joined the Big Sky Benefits team after being recruited by his freestyle coach and former instructor, Bridger Biggins. He finds that skiing and insurance have a lot in common, as both involve dealing with challenging situations and avoiding risks. He believes that having a good guide is essential for success in both fields. As he continues to look for new challenges and adventures, he hopes to inspire others to have fun and be active both on and off the slopes

Brian was born in Oregon and visited Montana since he was a baby. Before he moved here and landed at Big Sky Benefit Solutions, he had a lot of different jobs in a lot of different fields ranging from landscaping, to teaching English abroad, to CNC machine operation and programming, to law. He has a lot of different skills and is particularly suited for computer use and technical, detail-oriented work. In his spare time, he enjoys taking trips to visit his friends, driving semi-trucks and racing cars in his mediocre simulator at home, screaming at Formula 1 when it’s a race weekend, meditating, and studying history, science, and other cultures.

Hi all, I’m Kaylie. I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska and am attending college at MSU. I will be graduating in May of 2024 with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Psychology. Outside of school, I spend my summers in Alaska driving trucks, playing softball, fishing, and hanging out with my cat Lily. In Bozeman, I enjoy going to concerts and hanging out with friends when I am not studying!

Raised in a small farming community in the Midwest and after teaching for 6 years, with 4 of those years teaching abroad. Amanda began her journey North to Montana in early 2011 and fell in love with Bozeman. Soon after arriving, Amanda’s passion for helping those around her, and her background in customer service with a smile were the building blocks that began her career in Insurance as an Administrative Assistant and have built her into a superstar property and casualty agent with experience and integrity. You can count on Amanda to be passionate, genuine, knowledgeable, and focused on your specific insurance needs for your personal/family and business needs. When Amanda is not in the office you can usually find her enjoying Bobcat football, supporting the local community or enjoying the outdoors with her family and cutest fur kid…Blue.

Kirbie Noble-Dewitt. She is a mother of 4 teenagers who keep her laughing and full of joy. Her and her husband are doing their best to keep up with the sports, homework, and lifestyles that their children bring to them. She was raised in Montana and loved the slow life that it offered to all it’s residents. She loves to spend time on the river fly-fishing. She loves the way that the cast is an art in itself, but she really loves pulling up those beautiful rainbow trout. She is an avid archery hunter who truly just goes to hear the bull’s bugle. She recently found a winter activity that she loves, and she plans to spend all her weekends snowmobiling in the prettiest country in the world; Montana.
Kirbie’s background is in psychology, and she worked as a case manager in the education system. She was introduced to insurance over 4 years ago and has found her love for helping people financially. Her passion is to bring solutions to businesses and employees that can help them to secure stable finances. Toby was born and raised in north Texas. He married his wife, Sami, in 2006 and they have been blessed with four wonderful children. Traveling, fishing, hiking, camping, mountain biking, Skiing, and watching movies are some of his favorite things to do with his family. He enjoys reading non-fictional books, exercising, and training Jiu Jitsu in his spare time.

Toby has a background of helping people protect their homes, families, and businesses with alarm systems. Him and his family moved to Manhattan, Montana in the summer of 2020 to serve a local church as their pastor.  His desire to serve others is one of many reasons for pastoring and for being part of the team at Big Sky Benefit Solutions. Big Sky has the heart to serve others as well. This career is a perfect fit for him to keep his time flexible so that he can be there for his family, the church, and to be able to properly help people get the coverage they need for those unexpected times in life.

Hi my name is Brianna Stahly. I am a native Montanan; born in Bozeman raised in Helena. I am very grateful I was able to grow up in such a beautiful place. I moved to Bozeman in 2006 to attend MSU and earned a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. I met my husband in 2016 and got married at my families cabin in Lincoln, MT. I’ve been blessed with two beautiful children. I worked in the service industry for the previous 8 years and in 2023 I decided it was time to expand my career and try something new and pursued getting my insurance producers license. I enjoy everything outdoors, especially hiking, golfing, playing tennis, rock hounding, and spending a week at Flathead Lake every summer with my extended family. I am very excited to be working with the team at Big Sky Benefit Solutions!

Jamie was born in Wyoming and raised in Anaconda, Montana.  She graduated from Montana State University in 2011 with a B.S. in Psychology.  She went on to work in management roles in hotels/resorts and behavioral health for over 10 years before deciding to make a change and finding the insurance industry.  Jamie is passionate about working with people, providing exceptional service, and contributing to her community.  She enjoys all the outdoor adventures Montana has to offer year-round and is always planning the next adventure with her friends & family!
